"如果不是肥Q说的，我还不知道这种东西原来叫做消极光环，我还一直以为这是每月伴随例假而来的压抑罢了。 十月即将要过去了，但还是无可避免的，消极光环还是来了。 肥Q说多吃些东西有助于消灭消极光环，我很少有“很想”吃东西的感觉的。除了M前的几天像饥荒一样，之后都是三天三夜没有食欲的。不知道是我什么都不想吃，还是我什么都不想煮..."

"我觉得你需要改变,但是改变不是自己想就行的,必须是"迫不得已"的情况下自己才会实行.例如我强迫自己选了早上8点20分的微积分,所以我就不得不七点钟起床.那样时间便不会虚耗在被窝里.希望消极光环不会一直在我们头上."
